15. The Flash and The Rogues

What’s a list without The Flash’s Rouges who rank among the top in comic history. The sibling duo, Captain Cold and Golden Glider, often share the role of leader. This classic rivalry often sees Flash whether it’s Barry Allen and/or Wally West taking on The Rogues.

They aren’t your average evildoers who want to take over the world. The Rogues are blue-collar criminals and the Flash simply got in their way. As a matter of fact, Flash played a part in why a few Rouge members sold their soul for great power. The result saw soulless versions of the heroes destroying the city.

This rivalry pales in comparison to the others on the list. Simply because The Rogues weren’t killers. Instead, they adhered to a strict no-kill policy. Of course, this made things a little less dangerous for The Flash and takes a little zing out of their rivalry.

However, there was one instance where they failed to live by their code — taking this rivalry to the extreme. After stripping Bart Allen of his powers, Cold and Heatwave accidentally killed the second-generation speedster.

Of course, it was Zoom who tricked them into murdering poor Bart. Yeah, they got their revenge and it’s that “not so bad” guy nature that has this rivalry kicking off the list.
