Everybody has an opinion on whether UFC and WWE superstar Ronda Rousey should join the MCU or DCEU.

You can always count on people to give their thoughts on who should be cast in new comic book shows and movies. With the multiple Disney Plus series coming out, it’s not shocking that fans have thought about who’d they’d like to see portray some of the main roles in said series, with names like Keanu Reeves, Stephanie Beatriz, Geraldine Viswanathan getting thrown around in those conversations. However, there’s another name that has been put out there as well: UFC legend and current WWE star Ronda Rousey.

Rousey made her big time acting debut in The Expendables 3 and then in Furious 7. In both movies she was cast to be the badass she is in real life. It was perfect casting. And since she retired from the UFC, these movies have been a great way for her to start her new career.

She also gained a lot of notoriety from her time in the WWE. Though she wasn’t an immediate hit on the mic (she started off bland in her promos), she eventually started cutting some incredible promos going into WrestleMania, and her in-ring performance got better as well. With all of this, it’s not shocking that fans (and maybe even Marvel Studios or DC Comics) would consider her to be in one of their projects. However, this is both a gift and a curse.
