Riverdale season 4, episode 1 live stream: Watch online
Riverdale returns to our screens for its Season 4 premiere, and here’s how you can watch “Chapter Fifty-Eight: In Memoriam” online.
After five very long months of a summer hiatus, Riverdale is set to return to our screens for its highly-anticipated fourth season.
Fans of the Archie Comics series will know that the show absolutely no stranger to shocking fans with wonderfully bizarre and off-the-wall plotlines, and in that regard, Season 3 certainly took things to extreme.
Following a year-long arc centred on the arrival of Edgar Evernever’s cult-like Farm and return of the ghastly Gargoyle King, the residents of Riverdale had just about had enough of weird institutions in their town.
The shocking finale saw Archie Andrews (KJ Apa), Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse), Betty Cooper (Lili Reinhart) and Veronica Lodge (Camila Mendes) fight for survival in a horrid woodland game orchestrated by the real Gargoyle King herself Penelope Blossom (Nathalie Boltt).

They successfully managed to make it out alive, with a little help from Cheryl Blossom (Madelaine Petsch), Toni Topaz (Vanessa Morgan) and both the Serpents and the Poisions.
However, a jaw-dropping flash-forward revealed that dark days lie ahead for Jughead and, by extension, the other three members of the show’s core four.
While Season 4 will indeed explore that as it goes on, the premiere “Chapter Fifty-Eight: In Memoriam” will instead pay tribute to the late, great Luke Perry who sadly passed away earlier this way, as Riverdale will bid farewell to his character Fred Andrews.
With a funeral, the return of Molly Ringwald’s Mary Andrews and an appearance from Perry’s long-time friend Shannon Doherty, you can rest assured that the episode will be an emotional offering.
