Arrow’s eighth season brings the Crisis closer in the seventh episode, and here’s how you can watch “Purgatory” online.
This Tuesday night, a new episode of Arrow will air on The CW. The originator of the network’s Arrowverse shows had taken a brief hiatus before it returned to screens last week.
Currently in the midst of its final season, Arrow has been busy telling Oliver Queen’s (Stephen Amell) story as the Emerald Archer of Star City has been attempting to save the multiverse from the impending Crisis.
From the destruction of Earth-2 to Lyla Michaels’ (Audrey Marie Anderson) apparent betrayal, Oliver has seen it all this season already, but even that couldn’t have prepared him or Laurel Lance/Black Canary (Katie Cassidy) for the return of Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne).

An unexpected gift from The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett), Quentin’s return allowed Laurel to say goodbye to the man who believed in her while it also allowed Oliver to understand that there was no overcoming Crisis for him without dying – which, unfortunately means that his death is inevitable.
After successfully realizing the purpose of The Monitor’s gift, both Oliver and Laurel were transported to Lian Yu, where they were reunited with the remaining Team Arrow members for the final test – but just what is the purpose of this test?
This week’s installment, “Purgatory”, will see Oliver, Laurel, Diggle, Dinah, Rene, William, Mia and Conner unite as they attempt to take on a threat on Lian Yu. However, they will be joined by a familiar face as Byron Mann will return as Yao Fei for the episode – a major surprise that fans of the first season will no doubt appreciate.
