Arrowverse: The Crisis On Infinite Earths trailer is here
The Arrowverse’s Crisis On Infinite Earths will be the biggest crossover in TV history, and now you can check out the first full-length trailer.
No shared universe knows how to do crossovers quite like the Arrowverse. Much of The CW’s collective unit of superhero shows (Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman) have been tearing up the network for the better part of a decade, and ever since The Flash joined Arrow, the crossover has become an annual thing.
So far, we’ve had Flash vs. Arrow, Heroes Unite, Invasion!, Crisis On Earth-X, and Elseworlds – the last of which served as a precursor to this year’s offering Crisis On Infinite Earths.
An event that The CW has been building to for five years over on The Flash, it’s safe to say that anticipation is at an all-time high for what will undoubtedly be the biggest crossover in TV history. And now, you can finally check out the first full-length trailer below:
With the characters of all five Arrowverse shows, and Black Lightning, teaming up with The Monitor in a bid to stop the Anti-Monitor and his incoming Crisis, you can rest assured that we’re in for one heck of a show.
The Crisis has been teased for over five years now, and it has basically been the focus of both the current seasons of The Flash and Arrow, as Barry Allen has been preparing to lose his life in the world-changing event, completely unaware that Oliver Queen is ready to sacrifice himself to save everyone.
From that trailer, it’s safe to say we’re in for the most game-changing Arrowverse saga ever as the heroes are transported to Earth-30 (Supergirl’s earth) where they must make their stand against the Crisis.
Crisis On Infinite Earths kicks off on Sunday, Dec. 8 with a special episode of Supergirl before continuing the following two nights across Batwoman and The Flash. Are you excited? Let us know in the comments below!
