Matching 30 Marvel Cinematic Universe characters with each NBA team

Houston Rockets
The Houston Rockets had a plethora of talent over the years. In the 1990’s they were one of only three teams to win a title. They were led by one of the greatest players to ever step on an NBA court, Hakeem “The Dream” Olajuwon. He could lock down defenders bigger and smaller than him, he was deceptively strong, and had post moves that no one has been able to emulate since.
Tracy McGrady (who played for the Rockets in the 2000s) was a phenomenal scorer. He could put up numbers on anyone and in multiple way. At seven feet six inches, Yao Ming had a soft touch and skills that someone his size shouldn’t have. Currently, there are two new players in town. James Harden and Russell Westbrook.
Harden and Russell are triple double machines. Westbrook actually averaged one twice in his career. Harden could be the most gifted offensive player ever. Everything he does is fluid and he makes even difficult shots look easy. It’s not shocking when he puts up 40 or more points in a game.
Gamora
A team with two of the most dangerous scorers on the planet should have someone who’s just as threatening in their own right. Gamora is known as the deadliest woman in the galaxy and for good reason.
Being raised and trained by Thanos will do that. Since then, she’s fought, beaten, and killed people all over the universe. She tends to use swords and various blades to do the job, but she’s more than proficient with a gun and other weapons. She’s a versatile killer just like Russell Westbrook and James Harden are killers on the court.
