Indiana Pacers
If you’re going to talk about the Indiana Pacers, you have to start with Reggie Miller, that guy is a legend for multiple reasons. First and foremost, he’s one of the greatest two or three shooters in NBA history. Second, he’s a clutch performer. Reggie Miller lived for the moments where he could send the other team home off one of his shots. Lastly, he’s a legendary trash talker. He used to get under everyone’s skin, this includes fans like Spike Lee.
The Pacers of recent years have been a team people are waiting to see greatness from. If not for the injury to Victor Oladipo, the Pacers could have made a legitimate push in the playoffs. They don’t have players with names that casual fans know, but they have more than enough talent to compete in the eastern conference.
Wasp
Hope van Dyne doesn’t talk as much trash as Reggie Miller, but she’s just as confident. She knew she had the ability to be a superhero before she put on the Wasp suit. Hope trained most of her life to be a hero like her father (Hank Pym the original Ant-Man). You could see it when she got into any altercation. She was never nervous or hesitant when it came to fight. We saw this on a bigger stage in Avengers: Endgame. She had a fearless look on her face as her and the other superheroes made a hole for Captain Marvel.
Like the current Indiana Pacers roster, the general public doesn’t know how much potential she has. Evangeline Lilly is more than good enough to carry her own movie. One day she will be an Avenger and everyone will see how incredible she is.
