7. Hope Summers

Played by: Chloë Grace Moretz

In Deadpool 2, Cable says his daughter’s name is Hope. Fans of the X-Men comics were ecstatic that she was brought up, as she was a key part of the mutant’s future (Messiah CompleX).

In 2008, Hope Summers was the first mutant birth since M-Day. In 2010, she returned from the future and helped mutant kind from being exterminated by Bastion (Second Coming). During Avengers Vs. X-Men, Hope helped restore the mutant gene in mutants all over the world. In less than a decade, she was critical in the survival of the mutant race. She may not have a grandiose beginning in Deadpool 3, but that doesn’t mean she can’t have a giant effect on the movie itself. Not as a hero, but as an antagonist.

If Cable had the ability to travel through time, who’s to say Hope wouldn’t find a way as well?  After finding out Cable never came back to his present, we could be looking at a furious Hope Summers. It would be an easy thing for her to come to the future and seek revenge on the man who left her and her mother to fend for themselves.

We’ve seen Chloë Grace Moretz play a bad-ass in multiple movies. This would be a walk in the park for her. Plus, she’s no stranger to R-Rated action flicks.
