This Wednesday night, Riverdale will air a new episode on The CW. The veteran show recently returned to the network for its fourth season and, ever since, it’s been taking fans to new and unsettling places.
Over the past couple of weeks, the rivalry between Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse) and Bret Weston Wallis (Sean Depner) has boiled over like never before, with the pair engaging in a brutal duel – which the former ultimately allowed Bret to win because he didn’t need the victory as his love of Betty Cooper (Lili Reinhart) was all that he needed. However, upon discovering that the mysterious Donna may have had something to do with Mr. Chipping’s death, the pair are more suspicious than ever.
Elsewhere, Archie Andrews (KJ Apa) has attempted to make his Uncle Frank (Ryan Robbins) feel at home, but after his past caught up with him, his long-lost relative was forced to go on-the-run.
