These DC Comics heroes would love and hate teaming with Sam and Dean Winchester.

Originally, Supernatural was only supposed to go five seasons. They’re currently on their 15th season and have racked up over three-hundred episodes: A feat that very few shows have accomplished. Sadly, all good things must come to an end, and so the is the 15th season is the show’s last one. We don’t know what’s going to happen to Sam and Dean Winchester yet, but the only thing that’s certain is that this is their last ride.

Recently, a scene from Teen Titans No. 40 (as unveiled by Comic Book Resources), confirmed that the show (and possibly even the characters) exist in the DC Universe. During a conversation about purgatory, Roundhouse made a Supernatural reference, stating that “This is some straight-up Sam and Dean stuff.”

It may be a small comment that means nothing, but what if this is more than that? Just because Supernatural will be leaving the CW doesn’t mean that the Winchesters story ends there. We know that alternate realities exist. There could be a universe where the Winchesters are in the DC Comics universe. If the characters from Watchmen can wreak havoc there, why not the Winchesters?

On that note, it seems like a fun idea to discuss characters the Winchesters wouldn’t mind teaming with. That said, just because someone is a hero, that doesn’t mean they’d willingly fight alongside them.
