4. King Shark

Voiced by: Ron Funches

Who would’ve known that King Shark could be this good? He played the role of both vicious man eating shark and shy tech-guy. Sometimes we’d see him screaming and running in terror or fainting from something disgusting. Other times he’s biting body parts off of people like it’s just another day. Those scenes are always well timed. They remind the audience that he is, in fact, a shark. You’d assume it would be hard to forget just by looking at him. Nonetheless, it is. Then he goes into a blood rage and you think, “Oh yeah! He’s a shark.”

King Shark may be the most well rounded of Harley Quinn’s goons. He has moments where he sounds deep. Then he’ll turn it around and say something completely random and comical. It’ll be nice to find out more about him. Why did he go into tech? Who raised him? What else is he into? Hopefully season two will explain all of this and more.

Ron Funches is another person on this list with a recognizable voice. He fit the character like a glove and made him pop. There were times where he would say the simplest things and make them funny. It’s not an easy task to have that kind of presence just from a voice.
