14. Aquaman

Voiced by: Chris Diamantopoulos

For years, Aquaman was perceived as a joke despite having superhuman strength, being bulletproof, and having the ability to call on a legion of deadly sea creatures to attack his villains. The Robot Chicken DC Comics Specials didn’t help either. Fast-forward to Jason Momoa playing him in the movies. Now he’s cool. In Harley Quinn, however, Aquaman was both a cool character and a joke.

Instead of being used as a weak character, he was just a surfer dude. He maintained his strength and skill, but was completely goofy most of the time. For example, he was sitting on a toilet underwater. Let that sink in for a second then move on.

Aquaman got the nod here because he was a surprise. Not just because he was in the show. He was entertaining. His California surfer bro accent and kicking the Legion of Doom’s ass was spot on. He did just enough to justify being in Harley Quinn and they made him perfectly strong and skilled so Harley and Poison Ivy would look good beating him.

Will he be in season 2? Probably. He was good enough to warrant another cameo. Plus, if Black Manta is in Gotham, then it’s a safe bet that Aquaman will come looking for him.
