1. Iron Man 2

Who could ever forget the moment in Iron Man 2 when Tony said, “I want one?” It was the scene where he invited the captivating notary, Natalie into the boxing ring to spar with Happy. It didn’t well for Happy; seeing as how neither he nor Tony knew they were dealing with a former KGB Russian killing machine. In the same scene, we got a brief character bio of who she was which didn’t stray from her bio in the pages of Marvel Comics.

After kicking Happy’s butt, Natasha took the driver on a mission with her, to infiltrate Hammer — unbeknownst to Happy. He wasn’t much help. Happy threw hands with a guard while Natasha ran through security like Derrick Henry through the Ravens defense. The scene was one of many Black Widow fight scenes to remember, but one could argue it’s the most iconic fight scene in the MCU.

Natalie would eventually rise as Agent Romanoff, an undercover operative for Nick Fury who needed an assessment on Tony Stark for the Avengers Initiative. Iron Man 2 was our first introduction to her and gave us both Scarlet Johansson and Jon Favreau (who returned as both director and Happy) – an unlikely pair whose on-screen chemistry was amazing. Too bad we aren’t likely to see it again.

Before Black Widow arrives, get yourself an introduction to Black Widow by watching Iron Man 2.
