5. Gaia Weiss

If you haven’t watched History’s Vikings then you’re missing out on epic television and a great talent like Gaia Weiss. Fans of the series know her as Þorunn, the mother of Bjorn’s daughter. Her arc, without getting too spoilery, sees her transform from a slave to a shieldmaiden. There’s an emotional journey where she expresses optimism, hope, tenacity, and proves she belongs on the battlefield. She’s a woman who prides herself on her beauty and skill. But when one is taken away, she’s forced to reevaluate her life. Now that sounds a lot like Babs to me.

If the DC Universe wanted an actress who’s not particularly as well-known as some of the others on this list, a name that hasn’t surfaced around fancast but can certainly act, Weiss is undoubtedly who they’re looking for. The 28-year old actress is a star on the rise who doesn’t have a lengthy resume, but she has plenty of talent.

Although most of her roles are in overseas films, however, she does have a few feature films under her belt, including Hercules and Overdrive. It would certainly be interesting to see this gifted actress bring both sides of the legendary Barbara Gordon to life on Titans.
