2. Lily Collins

The former Abduction and Mirror Mirror actress is as talented as anyone on this list. Most fans know her from The Moral Instruments: City of Bones, but she’s come a long way since 2013. Her most recent roles saw her star in a pair of biographical films. On Netflix’s Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile, she played Ted Bundy’s girlfriend, Liz Kendall who refuses to believe the truth about the serial killer — until she can’t deny it any longer. She also stared in Tolkien as the inspiration and wife to the late great J. R. R. Tolkien, Edith.

The 31-year old actress continues to show that she’s a star. Imagine what she’d bring to the role of Barbara Gordon in DC Universe’s Titans. She would undoubtedly capture the best of both sides of Barbara.

It’s easy to picture Babs’ life before she became the hero living in the shadows. A flashback where she’s teaming with Nightwing and Batman saving Gotham City. Then tragedy strikes and she’s forced to reevaluate her existence and becomes someone vastly different: Oracle. Collins’ larger-than-life on-screen presence wouldn’t just bring all of this to life, it would rightfully bring up the question as to whether DC should consider a Batgirl solo series. That’s how talented an actresses and commanding a presence Collins is.
