Batwoman returns to The CW for the seventeenth episode of its first season and here’s how you can “A Narrow Escape” online.
This Sunday, a new episode of Batwoman airs on The CW. The show had been off the air for a number of weeks, but now it’s set to make a triumphant return.
Batwoman is The CW’s newest Arrowverse series and it first hit our screens back in October last year. It airs on Sunday nights on The CW at 8:00 p.m. ET. alongside sister show Supergirl.
The show’s debut season has followed the adventures of Kate Kane (Ruby Rose). The daughter of Crows leader Jacob (Dougray Scott), she makes an unexpected comeback to Gotham City when old flame Sophie Moore (Meagan Tandy) is kidnapped by the city’s new queen of crime: Alice (Rachel Skarsten).

With family secrets unraveling due to the discovery that Alice is really Kate’s long-lost twin sister Beth, the Kane family saga has taken Batwoman to new heights, and the continuing episodes – which will focus on Alice and Kate’s emotional trials and Luke Fox’s (Camrus Johnson) rise to heroism – will no doubt lead it towards an impressive conclusion.
Batwoman had been off screens for a number of weeks due to production on the show being shut down following the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. The CW had to reschedule its shows – as most of them also shut down production – and although the season wasn’t completed, Batwoman is back for a few more episodes.
