This week, a new episode of Stargirl hits screens. The DC Universe series has been entertaining audiences for a few weeks now and it’s back with its fifth installment.
Stargirl‘s arrival has come at a great time for DC fans. With the Arrowverse shows cut short and some DC Universe originals unable to start production, it’s been entertaining fans of both through the fact that it is exclusive to both the DC Universe and The CW.
The first season has seen Courtney Whitmore (Brec Bassinger) arrive in her stepdad Pat Dugan’s (Luke Wilson) hometown of Blue Valley, Nebraska only to encounter his old enemies: The Injustice Society. Thankfully, Starman’s Cosmic Staff chose her to be his successor and, as a result, she has become Stargirl.

The new hero is working hard to craft her own version of the Justice Society of America so that they can take down the villains. The previous episode saw Stargirl successfully recruit Yolanda Montez (Yvette Monreal) to become the next Wildcat.
And now, the upcoming episode, “Hourman and Dr. Mid-Nite” will see her set her sights on two more classmates.
