Captain America

Captain America would be in a weird position in most of the cities in the DC Comics universe, but one place he’d feel at home is Metropolis. Metropolis holds a lot of the same kind of heroic and wholesome American values that he represents.

The Daily Planet  would be a lot friendlier to him than the Daily Bugle is to most superheroes. Some of the supervillains may be a bit stronger than he’s used to fighting, but we’ve seen Captain America find a way to defeat people above his power level before, so he’d be more than capable of doing it here.

Then there’s Superman. Superman would get along better with Steve Rogers than Bruce Wayne. Steve is friendlier and is more welcoming than Bruce will ever be and Clark Kent isn’t the arrogant so-and-so that Tony Stark is. It’s a match made in, well, Metropolis!

Mystique

Mystique would terrorize everyone in the DC Comics universe. Like the Joker, she gets pleasure out of hurting people or ruining their lives – except Mystique does it on an international level. She’d laugh and use her abilities to secretly get into S.H.I.E.L.D. undetected, destroyed relationships within royalty, and helped topple criminal empires.

It would be interesting to see if she tries to take Amanda Waller’s place or if she gets caught. Or, and this is a scary one, would she be able to invade the Justice League or Bat-family without being noticed? Mystique would enjoy having a new world to play around in. All the new places and people with lives she can bring chaos to would definitely excite her.
