She does more than walk through walls

Kitty Pryde’s powers allow her to phase through anything, but some solid objects are tougher for her to deal with. For example, adamantium and the metal on Breakworld give her problems. Along with that, when Kitty phases through machines, she disrupts them. Even Iron Man’s armor can be taken down by Kitty. Kitty was once looked at as someone who’s more protective than offensive. This hasn’t been the case for a long time.

Kitty Pryde has become more just someone who phases through things. She’s a ninja. Someone that Wolverine has been proud to fight alongside. She’s shown on multiple occasions that she’s not someone to be messed with. Kitty has also become more creative with her phasing powers as well. She’s used them to phase objects into people. Something she only does on the most deplorable of people. We can all assume it’s as painful as it looks.

Kitty is dangerous without her powers as well. She’s a genius with computers: When the X-Men need something hacked or taken down without destroying it, Kitty can go in and do it. She once took out a giant sentinel by changing its programming. Mind you, she did this while there were robots trying to kill her. The pressure didn’t bother her at all.
