Marvel: Can these MCU villains defeat the Mad Titan Thanos?

Vs Hela
Hela is probably the only person on this list that could seriously give Thanos problems because she defeated an entire Asgardian Army on her own. That‘s how powerful she is.
Even then, she was knocked around by Thor without his hammer. Thanos defeated Thor and Loki in a day. Then, he embarrassed the Hulk.
It’s doubtful that Hela, her zombie army, and even her giant wolf (Fenris) could beat his massive army. However, if it was only Hela against Thanos, it would get really interesting. Hela has range attacks. The question is whether or not Thanos can weather the storm of swords. From what we’ve seen, he probably could.
Vs Ultron
Ultron may have Thanos on an intelligence level. Even that’s up in the air. The Mad Titan uses alien technology that’s more advanced than Earth’s. We can assume he has knowledge of what he’s using. If he didn’t build it, he at least has an understanding of it.
With that in mind, he should be able to find a way to take Ultron out for good – or at the very least reprogram him. Then there’s Ultron minions. We’ve seen that the Avengers can make short work of Ultron’s bots. What’s Ultron going to do against the Black Order? Most likely get destroyed. In fact, Ebony Maw could probably decimate his bots on his own.
