Dylan O’Brien has enjoyed a successful career over the past decade, appearing in films such as The First Time, American Assassin, The Internship, Deepwater Horizon and the brilliant Love and Monsters. His biggest successes, however, were undoubtedly his roles as Stiles Stilinski in MTV’s long-running Teen Wolf series and Thomas in The Maze Runner trilogy.
O’Brien has featured in a number of major and leading roles throughout the course of his career, and yet it still feels like he’s one of the most undervalued and underappreciated talents in the Hollywood landscape. And that’s just one of the many reasons why he’d be perfect for the role of Terry McGinnis in Batman Beyond.
He’s a well-known name renowned for delivering the goods, but he’s also a young star looking for another breakout role post-Maze Runner. More importantly, he’s an incredible actor, stealing the show countless times throughout his six-year stint on Teen Wolf and he’s also proven himself to be a convincing action hero in high-intensity films like American Assassin and, of course, the Maze Runner trilogy. And speaking of American Assassin, in that film his character was taken in and trained by a veteran Michael Keaton. You see where we’re going with this…?
