5. Green Arrow and Flash

It seems like yesterday we watched Stephen Amell becoming someone else, something else. Arrow was to the CW what Man of Steel was supposed to be for the DCEU, the start of an epic universe. In 2012 we saw the debut of what would become the Arrowverse with Amell playing the Emerald Archer, Green Arrow.

His journey ended earlier this year as Arrow concluded, but it doesn’t mean he can’t suit up one more time for the DC Extended Universe.

Someday we hope to get a Green Arrow in the DCEU. For now, we’ll settle for the greatest Green Arrow of all time making a cameo appearance (sorry Justin Hartley, not trying to hate!). Speaking of hating, this writer remembers all the division back when Ezra Miller was revealed as the DCEU’s version of Barry Allen.

Grant Gustin set the bar high for anyone taking the mantle of the Scarlet Speedster on the big-screen. The multi-talented actor made Barry feel real as fans got to watch him grow into the face of the CW heroes. He ran his way into our hearts and broke any and all barriers put in front of him.

In epic fashion, Gustin’s Flash ran into Ezra Miller during the CW’s Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover event. The scene was short, sweet, and absolutely mind-blowing, why not do it again but differently? We know Miller’s Flash will time travel, so, allow him to meet the man who wore the costume first? Imagine the fandom seeing Ezra Miller’s Flash running into Green Arrow and Flash from the Arrowverse. Make it happen!
