These Batman comic book stories would rock as animated features.

Who is the most popular comic book hero in the world? Is it Superman? He’s been one of the best heroes since 1938. How about Spider-Man? Everyone loves him and appreciates what he stands for. You could go with Storm, Iron Man, or Wolverine as well. However, at the end of the day, Batman is most likely the most well-known and loved comic book hero of all time.

Batman’s dark and grim demeanor combined with his superior fighting skills and gadgets help. What may draw people to him the most is that he doesn’t have powers. Bruce Wayne pushed himself to the peak of physical conditioning and keeps going. His intelligence is matched by few and it’s helped him plan for almost every battle he’s fought. A perfect example is JLA: Tower of Babel. He had a plan to take out every member of the Justice League.

Another thing he has is multiple classic stories. A lot of his runs are still incredible to this day. It’s a sign of great writing for an incredible character. As a result, Batman has provided Warner Bros. with some of their best animated adaptations. However, it’s shocking that they haven’t used those stories for more animated features. With the DC Universe app being so popular, we can assume it’s only a matter of time before that happens. When that eventually does, these stories should be adapted.
