Lawyer

Jennifer Walters isn’t just a lawyer, she’s a good one. She’s tried cases that she was considered to be the underdog in and won, and she’s an exceptionally good attorney when it comes to cases involving super-humans… even villains.

In Civil War 2, she defended The Jester. A known villain. That didn’t make her biased. She made her case and did it well. While Jester was convicted of a crime he didn’t commit, she still felt bad because an innocent man went to prison. This is the kind of integrity we need to see from Jennifer Walters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She will take on all of her cases with the same kind of energy and determination regardless of who she’s representing… as long as they are innocent. If the person isn’t guilty, she’ll fight for them.

Jennifer Walters being a Lawyer is as important as her being a gamma powered superhero. This part of her personality makes her different from a lot of powerhouses. It gives her an opportunity to show her intelligence.

It would also be great to see her as She-Hulk in the courtroom. When you have men with fragile egos, they attempt to take their insecurities out on other people. They’ll try and make them feel weak. It would be great to see that energy thrown back at them – the same way Jessica Jones did in season3 of her series.
