Ever since Rosario Dawson was cast as Star Wars’ Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian season 2, we have been awaiting out first look. It seems we may finally have it…

As revealed by Giant Freakin Robot, we may now have the first potential look at Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian season 2.

The Disney+ Star Wars series is set to drop later this month, arriving on Oct. 30. And after months of rumors, it was finally confirmed back in March this year that Dawson had been cast as fan-favorite character, Ahsoka Tano, in the series that is helmed by Iron Man director Jon Favreau.

Since then, fans have been eager to see the character make her live-action debut with Dawson in the role, with many of them crafting their own art, suggesting what she could look like.

Is this our first look at Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian season 2?

More from Disney Plus

We may have finally gotten our first look at her as Hasbro’s upcoming collectible toy, Star Wars: The Black Series Ahsoka Tano Force FX Elite Lightsaber features box art – which can be found in the above link – that offers a quick glimpse of Dawson as the courageous rebel leader.

The artist’s rendition is rather different to the character’s animated look and it bears quite the similarity to Dawson herself, suggesting this is what she’ll look like in the series.

Since the first season is set five years after Return of the Jedi and the fall of the Galactic Empire, it will be interesting to find out what Ahsoka has been doing all this time since her former Jedi Master turned to the dark side, following the Battle of Endor when Luke Skywalker brought his father out of the darkness and allowed Anakin as Darth Vader to seek redemption – restoring balance to The Force by destroying the Sith.

Ahsoka has already been on her own path, most likely she was either ostracized herself or tried the best way to assist the cause of the Rebel Alliance and other resistance fighters (perhaps during Star Wars: Rogue One). Little is known as to what part she plays in The Mandalorian as of yet but it is sure to be a blast.
