4. Is this just the beginning for Homelander?

At the end of season, Homelander looked defeated. This was the first time this had happened in the entire series of The Boys. He’s used to getting his way and leaving the scene with a smile. This time, however, he was defeated. He lost his girlfriend, his son, and publicly had to allow Starlight back into The Seven.

At the end of the episode, Homelander was pleasuring himself on top of a building while saying, “I can do whatever I want” until he finished. This may seem like he’s breaking, but this could also be the beginning of his ultimate plan.

In The Boys comic book, Homelander eventually brought most of the supes together. His plan was to take over the world. Who was going to stop them? He certainly has enough power to defeat an army on his own. Imagine if a hundred supes got together. No one could stop them. This loss may be the moment in which he finally realizes that he’s had enough of obeying normal people.

3. Who will replace The Deep?

The Deep is out of The Seven (still). That said, you can’t be The Seven with only six members. The name doesn’t make sense. Now, it wouldn’t be shocking if the Deep was let back onto the team. One highly public heroic deed and he’s back in Vought International’s good graces.

Until then, however, they’ll have to replace him. Easy money would be on Jack from Jupiter. We’ve already seen him in the adult video Lamplighter was watching. If he’s in one of those movies, then he’s well-known. Plus, he’s a member of The Seven in The Boys comic book.
