Over the course of eight seasons, Arrow gave us so many unique characters. But which characters were the best?

Over the course of eight seasons, Arrow gave us so many unique characters. And even though the show may be over, that doesn’t mean we can’t go back and watch it all over again, enjoying the adventure as if it was the first time. But in doing that, we have to take a look at some of the characters that helped shape the Arrowverse from the very beginning. And that also means putting together a list of the 31 characters to cross our screen.

From Arrow himself, Oliver Queen, to Laurel Lance and others, these are the characters who made an impact on the show over the course of its eight-season run. While not all of these characters stuck around for long, they still brought something special to this series, and they helped to change the course of Oliver and his friends’ lives.

In ranking these characters, it is important to look at what they brought to the show, how they made an impact on the series, and even whether they had a role in the other Arrowverse shows (after all, Arrow helped launch multiple DC TV shows).

With these 31 characters, we get everything from villains to heroes, and of course civilians and sidekicks. But which of the characters stand out as the most memorable?
