Red Hood makes his live-action debut in first look at Titans season 3

Get your first look at the live-action debut of Curran Walters’ Jason Todd/Red Hood in this preview of Titans season 3.

Titans season 3 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated shows right now. Fans of the former DC Universe show have been chomping at the bit to catch up with Dick Grayson’s merry band of superheroes since the second season concluded, and one of the primary reasons for that is the fact that Jason Todd will be evolving into Red Hood.

Actor Curran Walters confirmed the news during DC FanDome and has been teasing fans with the character’s live-action debut ever since. Now, it’s time for the first glimpse of Jason’s antihero persona.

The official DC Titans social media team and Walters himself shared two images of Red Hood. One of those images features the concept art that inspired the outfit and the other is actually of Walters himself in the live-action suit. Check them out below:

From the above images, it’s clear that the-powers-that-be are sticking as close to the comic books as possible for Titans season 3. With the iconic red and black helmet, the combat trousers, the signature guns and, of course, the red hood itself, Jason Todd will be bearing quite the resemblance to his comic book counterpart come the show’s third season.

Titans was expected to return to screens last month but the outbreak of the novel coronavirus prevented production from starting up in the summer as per usual. Thankfully, production has been able to kick off on Titans season 3 recently and fans should prepare for more updates on the show’s return before the end of the year.
