Batman Forever and Aquman star Nicole Kidman unveils major singing talent as she sings the theme song for HBO’s The Undoing.

Nicole Kidman is a star of many talents. The veteran actress has countless credits to her name, starring in films such as Days of ThunderBatman ForeverEyes Wide ShutThe Hours, Moulin RougeRabbit HoleLion and Boy Erased among many others in her storied career. However, her latest role provided her with the opportunity to showcase her talents in front of a microphone.

Kidman currently stars alongside Hugh Grant in HBO’s thriller miniseries The Undoing (which is based on the book You Should Have Known) and the pair have already received a ton of praise for their powerful leading performances. But Kidman also performs the theme song of the show – a cover of the classic “Dream A Little Dream of Me” – a performance that also garnered the Oscar and Emmy winner praise.

Taking to social media, Kidman confirmed that it was her voice we hear on the opening credits, revealing that she was nervous to do sing such an iconic song on her TV show. But all you have to do is listen to her wonderful voice to know that she had no reason to be nervous. Check out her performance below:

“Dream A Little Dream Of Me” is an iconic song but it’s clear that Nicole Kidman did so much more than just do it justice. In all honesty, we can’t imagine anyone else singing it as the show’s theme song now.

This isn’t the first time Kidman has showcased her impressive vocals. She sang “Come What May” with Ewan McGregor in an unforgettable performance in 2001’s Moulin Rouge and also recorded and released “Somethin’ Stupid” with Robbie Williams – which went on to become the Christmas No. 1 in the UK.

Comic book fans undoubtedly know Kidman best for her role as Dr. Chase Meridian in 1995’s Batman Forever – in which she starred alongside Val Kilmer’s Dark Knight. She also appeared in 2019’s box-office blockbuster DCEU film Aquaman as Queen Atlanna – the mother of Arthur Curry/Aquaman.
