Doom Patrol season 3 cast: Who’s in for season 3?

Unfortunately for fans of Doom Patrol, we don’t have a lot to work with when it comes to what we can expect out of season 3. Thanks to the shutdown, they were unable to complete their second season, which means we will likely get the conclusion of that storyline when the series returns in 2021 (hopefully). However, this also means we have an idea of who we expect to see heading into season 3.

The main cast of Doom Patrol, Joivan Wade, Matt Bomer, Timothy Dalton, Brendan Fraser, April Bowlby, and Diane Guerrero, should absolutely be back in action heading into season 3. However, they will likely not be alone. Here are some of the other stars we expect to see when the series returns.

Abigail Shapiro: Considering Dorothy’s story is not yet over, we expect to see Abigail Shapiro return when the show resumes for season 3. And if we are really lucky, she may even stick around longer and truly be a part of the action in the third season.

Samantha Ware: Another character we expect to see back for another go-around is Samantha Ware’s Miranda. With Miranda actually being one of Crazy Jane’s personalities, we wouldn’t be surprised if she sticks around for a few more episodes in season 3.

Alan Tudyk: While we haven’t seen Alan Tudyk’s Mr. Nobody since the end of season 1, we certainly heard more about him in season 2. And since the character is missing in action, but not dead, we wouldn’t be surprised if he popped up again in season 3.

At this point, we are still waiting for Doom Patrol to really dive into who will be joining the action, especially with a wide range of DC characters to choose from, and even who might be leaving. But for now, at least we can hold out hope for the main cast returning.

DC TV offers us a wide range of characters and stories and with so many of the shows heading to our TVs in 2021, this is just a glimpse at who we can expect to see on our screens. Of course, this is also a look at who we are saying goodbye to as well. We will likely see more additions to the different shows DC has to offer as we get closer to their returns, and we can’t wait to see what each of these series will bring us when they return.
