Joker: Revenge

Comic book: Joker

You’d think that this would be about Batman, but it isn’t. During Batman: The Joker War Zone, The Joker chastised Bane for not killing Alfred in front of Batman. Before he left Bane’s cell, Joker promised to make him pay. How will he make it happen? We don’t know. What we do know is it’ll happen in Joker’s ongoing series. The Joker’s revenge won’t be something as simple as killing Bane. It’ll be calculated and most likely depraved. This writer guarantees that Joker wants revenge under his Christmas tree. Santa better deliver even if he’s always on the naughty list.

Spider-Man: A day of rest

Comic book: Amazing Spider-Man

Spider-Man spends almost all of his time helping people and saving lives. What he needs is a day off. No swinging from building to building, multi-colored goblins, or clones. Just a day where he can sit on the couch with MJ and catch up on his shows. Will this happen? Probably not. When Spider-Man has slow days he always finds a way to assist someone. Furthermore, he’s actually complained when nothing’s going on. In his defense, something happens in his life all the time. Even his slow days consist of thwarting a bank robbery or stopping someone from getting hit by a car. Nonetheless, he deserves one day to sleep in.
