4. Dr. Sivana

Dr. Sivana proved to be a formidable threat when working with the seven deadly sins and almost successfully took down Shazam! and his siblings. His knowledge of magic and other realms gives him a serious advantage over most villains in the DCEU and the fact that he is now teamed up with the likes of Mister Mind, one could rightfully conceive that he could very-well become a Justice League level threat should Mark Strong ever return to reprise the chillingly effective role. There is little argument to be made regarding the good doctor’s defiant designation in the rankings of scum and villainy.

3. Cheetah

Kristen Wiig does a stellar job as Barbara Minerva, aka Cheetah in Wonder Woman 1984. She is easily one of the film’s highlights and plays a relatable antagonist certain fans couldn’t help but root for when she was fighting Diana in the final act of the solid sequel. Everything, from the origin story to the character’s look in live-action, are outstanding. Cheetah proves she is top five material as a potential menace for more than just Wonder Woman down the line and could easily be a founding member of the DCEU’s Legion of Doom if they decide to go that route.
