Thor

In an issue of Deadpool Team-Up, Thor catches Wade stealing from Asgard. When caught, Deadpool not only asks for the God of Thunder’s autograph, but he also tells him that he finds him attractive. This is a moment that we undoubtedly need to see in the MCU. Thor would be flattered, but still throw Wade across the world for being a nuisance.

If not Thor, then at least Chris Hemsworth. How great would it be for Wade to meet him and have Chris Hemsworth have no clue that he looks like Thor? We know Wade’s going to make the reference. Why not go all in on it.

Bullseye

Like Taskmaster, Deadpool has a complicated relationship with Bullseye. They certainly aren’t friends. They’re barely friendly. Somehow they manage to not kill each other when they team up. Is it a mutual respect for each other? Yes, but the majority of it is that they entertain each other. Bullseye finds him funny and Deadpool loves fighting him.

During Bullsye’s time as an Avenger (good work, Norman Osborn), he was ordered to kill Wade. The two of them tried to kill each other in ridiculous ways. At one point Deadpool even wore a suit of armor made out of raw meat. Yep, Bullseye is the perfect character for Deadpool’s MCU reboot.
