Wolverine

You have to save the best for last. Wolverine and Deadpool have the potential to be the best rivalry in movie history – and we’re not just talking about comic book projects here.

Their hatred for each other in the comics stemmed from Deadpool’s envy of Wolverine. That envy festered in Deadpool and led him to do things that were out of his character. After Deadpool was on the path of righteousness (or righteous for Wade at least), Logan and Wade still found each other at odds. The only person Wolverine may have cut up more is Sabretooth – which makes it funnier that Logan and Wade eventually became friends and drinking buddies. He was even one of Wade’s groomsmen.

Of everyone that Deadpool interacts with in Marvel comics, Wolverine is the one that the fans deserve to see in the MCU. Of course, we need the X-Men (Logan included) to be introduced first, but it’s going to happen at some point. The fight between the two is what will bring people in and their eventual bromance will keep people interested.

Logan still has issues with the way Deadpool does things, but he recognizes that Wade is trying. He knows Wade is a good person at heart – he just doesn’t think before he acts. Logan also sees a lot of himself in Deadpool – a guy used by Weapon X who is trying to get his life together. It’s a similarity the two of them share and it’s also what keeps Logan from decapitating Wade. Well, doing so and not dropping his head in a volcano.

Next. Deadpool 3 is the perfect place to introduce Elsa Bloodstone in the MCU. dark

Typhoid Mary and other characters weren’t mentioned. Who else would you like to see Deadpool interact with in the MCU ahead of Deadpool 3? Are you looking forward to Deadpool 3? Let us know in the comments below!
