2. Is Geraldine working for SWORD?

We all knew to keep an eye on Geraldine when she first showed up simply because she is really Monica Rambeau in disguise. Or is she in disguise at all? If she is, is she even aware of it? According to WestView residents, Geraldine doesn’t have a home or a job and yet she thinks she does.

The episode’s real kicker came when Geraldine reminded Wanda of Pietro’s death in Avengers: Age of Ultron – something that the nice WestView non-resident simply couldn’t have known about. Wanda then recognized her necklace because it sported the same symbol as the logo on the beekeeper’s suit and the red helicopter.

We know that Monica Rambeau will play a major role in Captain Marvel 2 but is she working with S.W.O.R.D. in the meantime to try and save Wanda from the world she has created? If so, it seems that mission came to an abrupt end for Spectrum… at least for now.

1. Where did Geraldine end up?

Wanda’s reaction Geraldine turned the ’70s sitcom setting into a rather unnerving one as the Scarlet Witch quizzed the woman about her true identity whenever she revealed that she knew what happened to Pietro. Though she tried to to delay the questioning, Geraldine was unsuccessful in calming Wanda down. As a result, she was expelled from WestView into a dark field (also apparently called WestView).

As she lay on the ground, she was met by a ton of government vehicles – all of which drove towards her. A helicopter circled overhead and what looked like a giant forcefield made itself at home in the midst of the WestView field.

Naturally, we’re all left wondering if this indeed the real MCU world. If so, it confirms that WestView is indeed some kind of alternate reality and that Wanda seems to be the one controlling it. But what does that mean for the episodes yet to come?
