2. Vision’s Corpse

Now, this was a jump scare that was both creepy and disturbing!

After the audience is taken back to that scene at the end of episode 3 between Wanda and Geraldine, we see Vision rock up to check on Wanda. However, this scene breaks the reality of the sitcom for just a moment when Wanda turns to Vision and sees a lifeless void face, much like how he looked after Thanos ripped the Mind Stone out of head at the end in Avengers: Infinity War.

Seeing Vision’s lifeless face with the hole in his head that the withdrawn Mind Stone left behind (which really sold the scene) leaves fans with a few questions. The main one being, is Vision really dead or is Wanda’s happy reality starting to crack?

The evidence is pointing towards Vision being dead and Wanda somehow controlling his body, as the recent report of a scrapped post-credit scene from Avengers Endgame suggesting that Wanda took Vision’s body. In this scene, Wanda would have stormed a SWORD facility and found Vision’s body.

If this scene is still canon to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it could provide us with how Wanda managed to secure Vision’s body. However, the question still remains whether Wanda was able to bring him back to life with her powers or whether he his body is being used as a puppet to fit Wanda’s happy fantasy.
