WandaVision Episode 8 is almost upon us, so let’s look ahead to the upcoming episode and preview what’s in store.

The end is nigh for WandaVision season 1. The Disney Plus TV series has been a welcome return for the Marvel Cinematic Universe over these past seven weeks – the first MCU property in a year and a half – but we only have two episodes of the show left.

For anyone not up to date (first off, look away now because spoilers!), the show has told the story of Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision’s (Paul Bettany) reunion. After the latter was killed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, it looked like we had seen the last of the beloved synthezoid. But somehow, someway, the sitcom world of Westview brought him back to Wanda.

WandaVision has been one big bundle of questions and the most recent episode, “Breaking The Fourth Wall”, answered many of them. However, it created a whole lot more as we’re left looking ahead to the penultimate episode, wondering what on earth could happen next.

What will happen in WandaVision Episode 8?

WandaVision‘s eighth episode is expected to be a huge source of answers. In the previous episode Wanda discovered that the person responsible for her breakdown was none other than nosy neighbor Agnes – who, like many fans predicted, was indeed Agatha Harkness in disguise. Yes, as the catchy outro theme suggested, it was “Agatha All Along”.

More from Disney Plus

Marvel Studios confirmed that we would be seeing more of Agatha in the upcoming eighth episode, so it’s highly likely that this week’s installment will showcase how she ultimately managed to pull the wool over the Scarlet Witch’s eyes and manipulate her into playing her part in Westview and the Hex situation.

However, with more and more references to Mephisto, the question remains as to whether or not Agatha is really behind the madness, or if the Marvel’s Lord of Hell is about to make his presence felt in the MCU? And what of Pietro’s run-in with Monica?

Many questions remain – questions that Episode 8 will undoubtedly be happy to answer ahead of the series finale, before leaving us with even more.

WandaVision adds a new episode on Disney+ every Friday from 12:00 a.m. PT and 3:00 a.m. ET.
