WandaVision bowed out with a finale that left viewers in shock. Spoilers for WandaVision episode 9 ahead…

WandaVision is no stranger to leaving audiences asking questions. In fact, it has thrived on that since it began, reeling us in with mystery after mystery only to pull the rug out from under us when we’re least expecting it.

The Disney Plus show came to an end with a season finale that was nothing short of jaw-dropping as Wanda – in full Scarlet Witch mode – went up against the villainous Agatha Harkness in order to protect her loved ones from the evil witch’s schemes. To make matters worse, S.W.O.R.D. Director Tyler Hayward sent the White Vision in to neutralize Wanda’s Vision while the organization soon followed their corrupt leader into Westview.

WandaVision tied up some loose ends, but even in its series finale, it had no intention of giving its viewers a week off from asking questions. Yes, there were some loose ends that were intentionally left ambiguous, setting up future installments within the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the process.

With that in mind, let’s look at some of the questions we’ve been left with as a result.

5. What happened to White Vision in WandaVision?

The White Vision’s arrival upended Wanda’s plans even more so as the Scarlet Witch was busy fighting Agatha Harkness when he showed up. In spite of his attempts to kill both her and Wanda’s Vision, SWORD’s sentient weapon flew off into the sky after the latter engaged in an intellectual conversation with him about which one of them was the real Vision and even restored his memories.

What happened to this version of Vision and why did he leave? He’s no longer being controlled by Hayward and SWORD and, with his memories, he has complete freedom to do what he likes. However, does this Vision retain the emotions? If he did, surely he would have went to Wanda.

Could we be looking at the return of the original Vision without his emotions. This would pay tribute to the comic book arc and allow both characters to go their own way for the moment before an eventual reunion. Maybe we could get a WandaVision season 2 then, who knows?
