Ranking of Marvel characters based on dateability – 11. Black Panther

On the one hand, who wouldn’t want to date a king? On the other, we have seen THAT Oprah interview, and suddenly T’Challa/The Black Panther is no longer in the top 10 for potential romantic partners. (Honestly, we are kind of avoiding the entire elephant in the room when it comes to the future of Black Panther at this point because at least we have four brilliant movies to reflect on with this character.)

When it comes to someone who has proven over and over again he is loyal, brave, willing to be there for others, and so much more, Black Panther is truly in a league of his own. He loves and respects the women in his life, especially his mother and sister. He turns to them for guidance and help. And he proves that he can listen to others, while also standing on his own as a leader.

As a king, T’Challa knows how to make tough choices, and that is certainly something that is important in any partner.

And when it comes to planning a date for a king, well that might be a lot harder than just going to a museum or planning a round of mini-golf (but also I would plan both of those dates with him). Instead, why not take him on a date to a museum (this is a go-to for just about every date, don’t judge me) or even feed him your favorite meal. Also, there is always the zoo as a possible date.

At the end of the day, no matter what date you plan, it feels like Black Panther/T’Challa would appreciate it because of the effort and thought that went into planning it anyway.
