Ranking of Marvel characters based on dateability – 10. Vision

Vision has been a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe nearly as long as it has been in existence. And over that time we have watched as he has evolved and grown into a character who is both tragic and loved.

While we could look to so many of his moments in the movies, there is also the matter of WandaVision – the very first Marvel series to kick off Phase 4. And it cements the reason why Vision is number 10 when it comes to dateability.

As soon as Vision met Wanda Maximoff, it was clear that there was something there. He went out of his way to get to know her and offer her a connection. And if that doesn’t convince you that he is highly dateable, we have plenty of very special moments in the series to look at as well.

From planning dates with Wanda to going out of his way to show her that he loved her and cared about her, there is never a moment when Vision doesn’t show us that he has a high emotional capability, even for a robot.

But perhaps the thing that sticks out the most is this quote that will forever be associated with both WandaVision and Vision himself, “It can’t all be sorrow, can it? I’ve always been alone, so I don’t feel the lack. It’s all I’ve ever known. I’ve never experienced loss because I’ve never had a loved one to lose. But what is grief, if not love persevering?”

This quote might not scream date me, but it is proof that even Vision understands that there is so much more to life than one thing or another. And that is something we can all appreciate.
