Ranking of Marvel characters based on dateability – 25. Captain Marvel

When it comes to Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers), we admit that she is not at the top of our bring home to the parents list (clearly based on her ranking at number 25). She has a tendency to disappear for long periods of time, she doesn’t always understand sarcasm unless she is the one being sarcastic, and she generally has a very unique perspective on life and saving the world (maybe universe is a better description here).

However, Captain Marvel is a hero and she is someone who will do whatever it takes for people she cares about (or the world). She has a single-minded focus that actually would make her a good partner in the long run because if you think about it, having someone like that make you their focus would mean getting what you need out of the relationship.

Also, it should be noted, that as someone who has been bullied much of her life, she does have a moral compass that would prevent her from bullying someone else, and that is always an added bonus for any partner. (We aren’t here for the bullies and people who treat others poorly.)

When thinking about her dateability, Captain Marvel is definitely someone you wouldn’t mind taking home to mom or dad, but you do have to consider the fact that she may not be around as much as you might want thanks to her travels across the universe. This means that this relationship may require quite a bit of compromise over time.
