Ranking of Marvel characters based on dateability – 7. Shuri

Another strong, independent woman, Shuri is a pure genius. As the sister of a king, she knows what it takes to be a leader. And yet, she also has a wicked sense of humor, quick wit, and the ability to create scientific magic without anyone else bothering her.

While Tony Stark might be a tech genius, I would say that Shuri would easily give him a run for his money. In fact, she is so good at what she does that we credit her with Black Panther being so effective as a hero. And let’s not forget what she has done for our Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes.

When it comes to being someone that we would appreciate dating, Shuri is a pretty well-rounded individual. She is smart, funny, kind, heroic, and willing to do whatever she needs to for the ones she loves.

We have not seen enough of Shuri within the MCU, and luckily for us, we expect to see quite a bit more of her in Phase 4. And maybe that will give us some ideas when it comes to planning the perfect date with her. After all, she is brilliant and the last thing we want to do is bore her. So forget the science museum, we might want to break into NASA for her (don’t do that, pick something else!). Then again, with her sense of humor, maybe planning a trip to a comedy club would be worth it.

Shuri is one of our heroes and we need to make sure whatever date we plan is a good one.
