Ranking of Marvel characters based on dateability – 2. Captain America

We all know that technically, Captain America is the very first Avenger (it was the name of his first solo movie after all), but there is more to Steve Rogers than his hero status. There is also the fact that he might just be the greatest gentleman in the entire MCU. We are talking about a man who was raised with manners and a sense of purpose. That purpose led to him signing up for war to fight for his country. And it led down a path that would bring him to the Avengers.

But one thing that remained the same for him was his devotion to his love. And while we can argue over everything that went down with Steve and Peggy Carter all we want, there is something to be said for a man who is so devoted to the woman he left behind that he is willing to travel through space and time to get back to her.

Seriously, that is a man we want to date. He is so respectful and romantic, and downright loving. And that doesn’t even take into account the way he is with his friends and other people he cares about. He is a hero beyond all measure. And that makes him supremely dateable because he is just that good of a person.

Much like his friend Sam Wilson, it really feels like you could plan any date with Steve Rogers and he would appreciate it beyond measure. And it also feels like he would have a good time, which is something any date would appreciate.
