New Supergirl season 6 photos seemingly confirm major death

Supergirl season 6 premieres this week and these brand new photos seem to confirm that a major National City death is on the horizon in The CW series.

Supergirl season 6 has remained off The CW’s spring schedule for the longest time. It was the only Arrowverse show that wasn’t talked about in the slightest by the network over the past couple of months while the likes of The Flash, Batwoman, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and DC’s Stargirl all got their return dates either definitively or vaguely confirmed. And yet, somehow, we are here, with the show’s return upon us.

Called in at the last moment to temporarily replace Superman and Lois, Supergirl begins its final season as Kara Zor-El of Krypton battles Lex Luthor in the remnants of the not-entirely-finished fifth season.

However, fans of the show have been rather concerned for the Girl of Steel as there have been rumors that Kara will be killed off (temporarily of course) in the season premiere. And now these new photos seem to suggest that could indeed happen.

The brand new promotional photos have been released for Supergirl season 6, episode 2 “A Few Good Women” and none of them feature Supergirl herself.

While there could be an obvious reason for that, the fact that the photos aren’t from one specific scene but an array of scenes from the episode and she isn’t in any of them does raise a little suspicion.
