The Flash season 7 returns to The CW with the seventh episode of its seventh season. Here’s how you can watch “Growing Pains” online.
This Tuesday, a new episode of The Flash season 7 airs on The CW. The Arrowverse series’ seventh season is well underway and now it’s back with a brand new installment.
The show has officially kicked off its new “graphic novel”. Referring to how the season’s storylines are essentially split into two acts, the first graphic novel of the season was supposed to begin at the start of it. However, the episodes carried over from season 6 (and the previous graphic novel) resulted in its own story starting off a little later than planned.

With the Flash Forces now in play, Team Flash have new enemies to deal with. Fuerza was the first of them and presumably represented the Strength Force. After that, Psych turned up as the presentation of the Sage Force. And then, last week’s installment introduced us to Deon Owens – who, through some kind of bizarre time loop, is now the embodiment of the Still Force.
As for the Speed Force, that was the version that we always knew. Once again inhabiting the body of Nora Allen, the Speed Force has returned to Central City in the hopes of obtaining Barry Allen’s help. In this week’s installment, she will seek to help Barry and Iris in unique ways but it seems that she could be unaware of everything that she is capable of, leading to some, well, growing pains for the new dynamic.
