The one thing the Marvel cartoons have in common is that, for the most part, they are pretty serious, and the characters are depicted very similarly to their comic book counterparts. Luckily not every show the infamous publisher put out was set up that way as The Super Hero Squad Show was a self-aware parody of everyone’s favorite characters.
Mini Marvels is a comic book intended to be for all ages and showcases heroes as kids getting into fun versions of what they experience in the source material. The series is written and illustrated by Chris Giarrusso and is where The Super Hero Squad Show gets its inspiration.
Featuring several heavy hitters like Captain America, Thor, And Hulk, The Super Hero Squad Show has some intriguing storylines involving Thanos looking for Infinity Gem to upstage Nebula and Dr. Doom doing damage with the Infinity Sword, among many other adventures. There is no shortage of laugh-out-loud moments this well-crafted Marvel animated show has to offer, and it will definitely be a side-splitting experience for MCU fans young old or in between.
