Amazon Prime’s Invincible: 10 characters we need to see in season 2

7. The Viltrumites

Now that we know what Omni-Man was really doing on Earth and who his people are, we should definitely see more Viltrumites going forward. If you thought Omni-Man was bad, wait until you meet the others. Conquest, Anissa, and Thragg are going to make Omni-Man look like a novice when it comes to brutality.

They have no need to be subtle and they don’t want to. They fully believe in their cause and enjoy destroying beings and their worlds. Some of the things they did in the comics – especially Anissa – may be too much for the show. Nonetheless, you’re still going to see why they’re the worst beings in the universe if they are indeed introduced into the show.

6. More Allen the Alien

We didn’t see much of Allen the Alien in this season. That is going to change going forward. He’s crucial to the Invincible story so it would make sense to include him more in season 2. Allen’s shock over a Viltrumite that went against their normal behavior will be reported to the Coalition of Planets. Once that happens, things will probably start to move very fast. There will be more space exploration and characters that will blow your minds.

Something to look forward to is Seth Rogan’s voice performance. He’s going to have some dramatic moments playing Allen the Alien – and that’s something this writer can’t wait to hear him tackle.
