Batwoman season 2 explained: Does [SPOILER] really die?
Batwoman season 2 left viewers in shock with a jaw-dropping conclusion to its latest episode. What does it mean for the show moving forward?
The latest episode of Batwoman was undoubtedly the most traumatic hour that the series has produced yet. The wrongful arrest of Ryan Wilder, Luke Fox and Sophie Moore left Gotham City without three of its heroes whenever it needed them more than ever.
While Ryan, Luke and Sophie were forced to sit in a cell when they literally did nothing wrong, a new corrupt batch of snakebite was literally turning Gotham City residents into brain-hungry zombies. Though the trio were eventually released (and Batwoman did what she could to protect the city and save the residents-turned-zombies), “And Justice For All” ended with one of the most shocking endings we’ve seen on television this year as Luke Fox was wrongfully shot by the Crows when he was trying to stop a car-jacking.
Does Luke Fox die in Batwoman season 2?
The unprovoked shooting of Luke Fox left viewers in complete shock. The beloved character was simply attempting to show Agent Tavaroff the photographic evidence of Eli breaking into the car when he was wrongfully gunned down by the Crows agent.

It has yet to be revealed if Luke will survive but the promo certainly alludes to the possibility of his death. Though it could certainly have been designed that way to make us think that, it will no doubt lead to a showdown between Tavaroff and Batwoman.
As far as things stand, Camrus Johnson is still very much a series regular on Batwoman, so it’s hard to believe his character would be killed off before the end of the season (though the Arrowverse shows have done this before). That said, just like the latest episode, the upcoming one will undoubtedly be a powerful one no matter what happens.
Here’s hoping Luke makes a full recovery and Tavaroff and the Crows are brought to justice.
