Charlize Theron would be a great addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Charlize Theron is one of the best performers in Hollywood. Something that shouldn’t be up for debate, she has an abundance of awards to her name. But it’s not all about the awards, however, because the Academy Award-winner has delivered some truly powerful performances in her career, making her one of the silver screen’s most revered actresses.

She was nothing short of phenomenal in the likes of Monster, Mad Max: Fury Road, and Old Guard. She’s also been in films that, according to critics, were less than stellar such as A Million Ways to Die in the West. Despite how they were received, she still rocked, standing out because of her impressive performance.

Throughout her career, Theron has nailed comedy, drama and action projects, highlighting that there is literally nothing she can’t do – and do well.

Is Charlize Theron joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

She has long been one of the names that fans would love to see appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with some even drawing up concept art of her in roles such as the X-Men’s Mystique. In the linked fan art, she was drawn with the classic red hair with the tiny skull at the top of her hair and the skin design resembles the look of the movies with those scale-like bumps – making for a good combination of the comic book and the movies.

The look is incredible, but should she play Mystique? This writer says absolutely and here’s why.
