This Tuesday, a new episode of The Flash season 7 airs on The CW. The long-running superhero series is in the midst of its latest arc and, after the latest episode catapulted that one forward, it’s back with a new installment.
Now that its sixth season and the storylines that came with it have been wrapped up, the Arrowverse show has been focused on delving into its new “graphic novel”. This time, Team Flash have been confronted by three new Forces in the Sage, Still and Strength Forces, along with the return of the Speed Force (in the form of Nora Allen).

Speed Force Nora shocked viewers when she turned on Team Flash, destroying the Strength Force’s vessel, Alexa, and demanding that they help her rid the world of the rest of them. But Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen refused. Though Barry initially tried to wipe the Forces from existence through time travel, he soon came to view them as his and Iris’ children – children that they want to help.
With Speed Force Nora more determined to destroy the other Forces than ever and Barry and Iris intent on saving them, can Team Flash come together to help the villainous Forces see the light?
